Join us at Mighty Small for a baby massage workshop with Doula and trained Baby Massage Therapist, Gayle Friedman on Tuesday 21st February 2023 at 10:00am.

Gayle will guide you to gently awaken your baby to its own body using a non-verbal loving touch in a safe and directed way.

Massages forms trust and bonding between babies and their mothers, caregivers, guardians, it releases tension, encourages blood circulation, muscle tone, healthy bone formation, and digestive flow, whilst calming your baby and yourself.

Sessions cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled or credited. We have a 72hr cancellation notice policy, thereafter no refunds are given. A credit or reschedule (if possible) will be provided for 72hr cancellation notice. No shows will result in no credit or refund. All notice must be provided in writing via email to shop@mightysmall.co.za.
